2. Services

NexLabro provides design services under the theme Concept-lab for modern workflow design. Use of our services requires agreement with these Terms.

3. Registration and Use

By engaging with NexLabro, you agree to provide accurate information and comply with all applicable policies.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 Services

Clients may request a refund or reschedule within 48 hours prior to the scheduled start. Approved refunds are issued via the original payment method within 14 days of approval. If services were already performed, we may offer a partial credit or apply the amount toward future services. Certain services that explicitly state “no refund” at the time of purchase are non-refundable due to dedicated resource allocation and tailored preparations.

4.2 Informational Products

Digital products such as e-books, recordings, and templates are delivered immediately after purchase. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase if the product is defective or does not match its description. Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method within 14 days. After 14 days, all sales are final.

4.3 Goods

Physical goods sold by NexLabro must be returned within 30 days of delivery in unused condition and original packaging. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part. Refunds are processed upon receipt and inspection of the item via the original payment method within 14 days, less any shipping charges.

5. No Refund Services

Certain one-time consultations and workshops are non-refundable. These engagements involve custom planning, dedicated staff time, and materials preparation. We commit resources in advance and cannot offer refunds for these services.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on NexLabro.link, and continued use of our offerings indicates acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
